Most products are made to look right. I care more about whether they work right: the thinking before the pixels, the logic under the layout. Then I build them, so nothing gets lost between the design and the thing people actually use.
Board-meeting prep for bank executives, cut from hours to minutes. AI summaries that keep their sources one tap away, market sentiment on the same screen, and minutes that go out before the room empties.
Five finance apps replaced by one view people could check. Income, assets, liabilities and tax in one place, reconciled against the bank record, with forecasts built on numbers they already believe.
Tawk.to agents handle SMS, email, chat and social from one inbox. I rebuilt search so any past conversation turns up in seconds, with filters shaped by how agents remember them.
Contact records go stale fast in a busy support product. Details now save themselves out of the conversation, duplicates are caught with the evidence for the match, and a summary tells the agent who they are talking to.
A government super app that folds a dozen tourist services into one: wallet, traffic, family tracking and a Gen-AI guide. Research put budget worries at 80%, so cost leads the home screen.
A mobile booking flow rebuilt so the price never changes at checkout. Four destinations instead of a crowded tab bar, conditions shown on the listing, and a dark system that still passes AA contrast.
