SPARQ
A banking app that turns board-meeting prep from hours into minutes, with automated document summaries, live market sentiment, and AI meeting notes.

Overview
Board-meeting prep, rebuilt around how banking managers actually work.
SPARQ summarizes corporate financial documents automatically, surfaces real-time market sentiment, and captures meetings into structured, shareable summaries. Everything a manager needs to walk into a board meeting prepared, on a single iPad surface.

The challenge
Managers were drowning in attachments and scattered market data before every board meeting.
Preparing for bi-weekly board meetings meant manually pulling numbers from email attachments, chasing shareholder and sentiment data across tools, and writing up minutes by hand. Slow, repetitive, and easy to get wrong.
- 01Slow information retrieval across documents
- 02A technology gap in the tools they had
- 03No fast, real-time access to market insight
Project goals
- Automate summariesExtract key details from financial documents automatically, no manual copy-paste.
- Market sentimentShow shareholder data and reputation at a glance with clear visual aids.
- Meeting efficiencyDynamic screens during meetings and auto-generated summaries after.
- Data-driven decisionsSurface financial coverage, security ratios and CACC reviews where they matter.
